Lord Adair

it would appear that everybody in the financial services industry has been, well this is difficult, but too intellectual. That is if you listen to Lord Adair this morning on Andrew Marr Show. Why didn't Andrew ask Lord Adair, excuse me but what exactly are your qualifications to be the head of the FSA.

Also, I thought it illuminating when at the end of the show Andrew sat back in his chair and sighed, which I think says it all
