Mandelson quote 'I am accountable to parliament' says the unelected Lord Mandelson.

A question for the police as to security. It is for other people to decide. I am not afraid of my security, what an amazingly brave man the good Lord is.

I wonder if the Lord Mandelson would like to explain exactly how he is accountable to parliament I would like to hear from him, through yourself of course. I just don't understand this government any more. This is no longer a representative democracy, especially when so many ministers and advisers are sitting in the unelected House of Lords.
