Trident

which parliament was it that only recently allocated money to the Trident programme, now please remind me.

My reason, because if the money had not been allocated then under the rules no money could have been spent and therefore the programme would have ended. I wonder if it was a certain Blair/Brown team that dealt with this issue. In other words we have a government which spends money on a programme which it now wants to cancel. Also, I wonder which company is responsible for maintaining our nuclear warheads. It would not be an American one by chance would it. I think that Brown is being told what to do by our special friends across the Atlantic.
