Blood on their Hands

I hope that you realise how much your comment means to me. Sometimes it is difficult. There was a news item tonight about the town which 'welcomes back' the bodies of those service personnel who die overseas.

Now this is difficult because the solution is not to do what they do. They should make their feelings known to the government that this is such a terrible waste of lives, on both sides. We know from reports in the foreign press what will happen, they will in likelyhood install a benign dictator in Afghanistan, they will talk to the Taliban, they will prepare the people for our retreat, just as in Iraq. So, what was it all about. Bin Laden! Revenge for the Twin Towers, when the majority of the terrorists were Saudi Arabian, why not attack and destroy Saudi Arabia, oh that's right they are on 'our side'.

When the boys of Britain and America go off to war with flags flying don't you understand they 'the enemy' have their flags too, their heroes, their heritage. Tony Blair and Gordon Brown have blood on their hands, unlike Pontius Pilot they can't wash their hands clean, it is a permanent stain.
